Mission/Goal/history :

Since 1972, MayView Community Health Center has been an essential part of the healthcare safety net and a medical home for the uninsured in our community. With more than 20,000 visits per year for over 6,000 patients, MayView serves low-income families and individuals who live and work in the northern part of Santa Clara County. Our three clinics offer a comprehensive system of care that is responsive to the community’s identified health care needs.

To provide high quality primary health care to low-income people from all cultural and ethnic backgrounds, regardless of ability to pay.”
We emphasize early access to care and prevention, and we encourage patient self-responsibility by helping patients participate in decisions about their health, and by addressing relevant psychosocial and economic issues.

Make sure to call the clinic first and make sure the days and hours we gave or correct.
